1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Kopkon (kopkon.store), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these terms, you may not use the platform. These terms apply to all users — customers, business owners, and visitors.

2. Service Overview

Kopkon provides a digital loyalty and coupon management platform that enables businesses to create QR-based reward programs and customers to earn and redeem loyalty points. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account Responsibilities

You must provide accurate information when creating an account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
You may not share, transfer, or sell your account to another party
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
One account per person or business is permitted

4. Business Accounts — Additional Terms

Businesses using Kopkon agree to:

Honor all active coupons issued through the platform to eligible customers
Provide accurate business information including address and category
Not create misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent coupon offers
Pay applicable subscription fees on time
Allow customers to earn and redeem loyalty points as configured

5. Coupon & Loyalty Points Policy

Coupons and loyalty points have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for currency. Kopkon is not responsible for disputes between customers and businesses regarding coupon redemption. Points expire if an account is inactive for 12 consecutive months. Fraudulent redemption attempts will result in account termination.

6. Payments & Refunds

Business subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are available within 7 days of initial payment if the account has not processed more than 10 redemptions. Kopkon does not process payment card data directly — all payments are handled by our secure payment partners.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Kopkon to:

Engage in fraud, deception, or unauthorized access
Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract platform data
Reverse-engineer the QR code authentication system
Violate any applicable Indian or international laws
Harass, abuse, or harm other users or businesses

8. Limitation of Liability

Kopkon is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
